V.I. COLLECTIBLES ORDER POLICY
Thank you for choosing to shop with V.I. Collectibles. We currently accept Interac e-Transfer as a payment method for your convenience. To ensure a smooth and secure transaction for both parties, please carefully read our e-Transfer Policies below:
Payment Instructions
- Please send the e-Transfer to vicollectibles@shaw.ca.
- Include your order number and full name in the message or memo field of the e-Transfer.
- For security reasons, we require all e-Transfers to be sent to an account with autodeposit enabled. This ensures funds are deposited directly into our bank account without requiring a security question, minimizing the risk of interception.
- Please make sure the name and email you use for the e-Transfer match the details you provided in your online order form. If the payment details do not match your order information, we may contact you to verify before shipping your items.
Payment Confirmation/Shipping
∙We will send a confirmation email once your payment is received.
∙If payment is not received within 24 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled.
∙All orders must be fully cleared in our bank account before they are shipped.
Security
- We do not store any banking or financial information on our servers.
- All e-Transfers are securely handled through your financial institution.
- We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Cancellations & Changes
- Orders can only be cancelled or modified before payment is sent.
- Once payment has been received, the order is considered final unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival (see our Refund Policy Section). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders.
