1. Online Sales Returns
Should you decide you do not want a product that you ordered please notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly offer a refund.
- Refund approval will only occur upon return of the product to us.
- Refund amount will be less any original shipping costs and fees incurred to us.
- The item must be in its original condition and unopened original packaging, with no signs of wear, damage, or tampering.
- You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- The refund will only be approved after a review and inspection of the item(s) by our team.
2. Incorrect Items Shipped
If your order arrives incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the incorrect item and packaging.
- The item must be in its original condition and original packaging, with no signs of wear, damage, or tampering.
- The refund or replacement will only be approved after a review and inspection by our team.
- Once approved for return VI Collectibles will organize return shipping labels and forward to you to attach to the returning item.
